B2B Review - B2B has very nice e-commerce features, but it is not a true B2B platform. It is more accurate to call it an enhanced version of the basic BigCommerce product. It lacks the ability to manage backorders, partial shipments, purchase orders, or order confirmations. B2B attempts to gloss over these shortcomings with third party apps, but these apps often conflict with each other or underperform. Our company signed a significant one year contract believing that we were receiving a B2B product. We are now faced with paying another $1-2K monthly for a service like Netsuite to provide the processes that we thought we were buying with B2B. B2B may eventually be a great product. Right now, it is early version software with limited functionality.
