never able to read anything - any reports we wanted to read we needed help through their customer service and even then all the numbers and segments would be off / or re-imported; 10/10 times we tried to run this on our own nothing matched and we needed a tech to help us read it or write a report or explain why things looked the way the look... App was a real hassle to work with and not user friendly at all. Not for the intermediate - average person.

Couldn't get Cohort analysis to work - The developers were responsive but I was never able to set this up right so I could get cohort analysis or the other features to work and provide useful data before the trial ran out. I couldn't really see it work so did not go to a paid subscription.
