Saves me thousands - great setup experience - I'd been with Sales & Orders paying $200+ a month to spit out a Google feed that still required manipulation my end to upload to Merchant Centre. These guys not only took over setting the feed, but fully automated the manipulation and upload for a much lower rate. Not only do they really know their stuff but their response time has been much better than Sales & Orders too.

Outstanding Software, Even Better Support - Fabulous software that offers all the customization you may need that the other cookie cutter programs are unable to handle. I also find it vastly superior to the other solutions out there for BigCommerce, since you're able to actually download and see your feed. Works Great - I been using this app for a few years for our Bigcommerce store. I never have a problem with my google ads feed. They did a few customizations for us to fit out needs. Which was also at a reasonable price. There was somethings the larger companies would not do. That Aten customized for us. They always go above and beyond.

The Best Support In The Data Feed Business! - We recently started working with Shailesh @ ATEN Software and it was oneof the best choices we've made. Prior to our partnership, we were with another feed company for 6 years and made the decision to leave because when we needed support, it was non-existent. Best Google Shopping, Bing Feed, Other Feeds too - I have been using Aten Software for about 8 years (I think it's been 8, maybe longer) after failed attempts with other feeds. I use them for Google shopping and Bing. They were able to set up a spreadsheet for me for fields for a more complicated feed on my old Platform. I am so glad to see them now as a Big Commerce Partner as I have referred several stores who had poor experienced with other feed services and to my knowledge they continued to have good results with Aten Software. I attached my current account to the app store just so I could review them because they really made the difference for my store.

Awesome! - These guys are the best. Shailesh, helped me when another service could not get my feed submitted with less than 7k errors. Shailesh didn't have a problem filtering out items to not violate Google policies. My store has over 29k items so this was no small task. They did so within three trials. I spent 2 weeks trying with the other guys. Don't waste your money or time with anyone else. Believe me!!

Shopping Feeds - This Data Feed works! Aten has helped me set up shopping feeds for other platforms successfully. The Google Shopping Feed app for Big commerce did not work for me. Aten feeds work and are reliable. The team at Aten, Shailesh in particular provide amazing customer service and support. I highly recommend using Aten for all your data feed needs. They won't let you down.
