Buggy App, needs a lot of work, but great support team - I want to start by saying this app has a very responsive and helpful support team and this review is not a reflection of their efforts, however, the app does not automate enough of the work to make it viable to dropship and grow your business unless you want to do A LOT of data entry. Learning to use the app was very difficult, but again the support team did help. However numerous glitches in the importing programming and app interface made much more work out of adding products than it should have been. It would take me about 15 different steps to adjust and import the products to my store and it was not intuitive although I ended up getting it down fairly quickly once I had my workflow figured out. The main issue aside from working around programming bugs was that you must manually fulfill all the orders yourself. That means manually selecting the products, colors and sizes selected by your customer with no quick and easy way to access those products aside from building your own product spreadsheet. The functionality of the orders process is flawed and buggy and would require manual checking and updating of products per order and can take up to 24 hours to update, and even then was still not updating when I had an order placed. Sadly I have had to delete all my products using this integration and will have to start building the product list through a different application from scratch. Unless you are expecting a low volume of high markup orders, you may want to find a different solution. The support team has said they are working on some of the API issues with Aliexpress, but sadly I do not have the time to wait. Overall the support is great, but the app is neither intuitive nor does it currently possess the functionality needed to scale with a large drop shipping collection.
