Great ! - Just want to say one thing, best customer service EVER ! Burt is just the best, the way he handling the requests, how much attention to details he is putting is just unbelievable....love this guy :) As far as the app itself it does exactly what is says, it is easy to use, creating customs rules is a breeze, this is a nice upgrade for us from previous shipping app. Highly recommend these guys !

10 Star on a scale of 1 to 5 ! - Started our 3rd website on Big Commerce due to lack of support and shipping calculator issues on our previous platform. We did our research and went with Advanced Shipping Manager to support the large number of catalog items and diversity of our product range. Going with Advanced Shipping Manager is absolutely the best choice we could have made. The tech support is TOP NOTCH and software does everything we need it to do. We have everything from small First Class mail items to UPS ground only item for chemicals, liquids., and heavy items. This software gives the proper shipping options at checkout based on which items are in the cart. If you have issues you can count on FAST and EXCELLENT tech support. This company is one of the very few that lives up to everything it claims. We have seen higher average order totals over our previous system and believe that’s in large part due to the accurate shipping calculations. THANK YOU Advanced Shipping Manager! Great Product and Customer Service - In this online world, one theme that seems to continually come up is companies lacking in customer service. Not ASM though. Honestly of all of the apps and programs we run in and around our site, ASM has provided the best customer service by far. Upon initially setting up the app, we spoke over chat, email, and phone with Burt. He stuck with us every step of the way and had a solution for every shipping issue we had. I would definitely recommend this app to others.

Ala Carte & Great Service - Moved over from ShipperHQ because we could get what we needed and wanted from ASM vs. having to move up to a higher playing plan with SHQ that we really didn't need all of. More features with ASM and less cost. Great service. Really like their Product Page Shipping calculator.

Excellent Service and APP - The customer service at ASM is by far the best we have ever experienced. A lot of internet companies make a lot of claims and promises but ASM actually did what they said they would do. Huge Upgrade of Service and Suport - We were using another service that came with our enterprise level, but the service was hard to configure to work properly with our store, and as we grew, the new rates were rediculous. We switched over to ASM and could not be more happy. Their ability to customize is great and Dan and the support team have been top notch. Great for excluding products from shipping methods - We need to be able to stop customer from order some products that can not ship usps. This was answer to our solution. There tech support is great and we had a minor problem they where able to get fixed fast.
