We'd worked with them for many years and they were always very prompt, helpful, and offered robust functionality in all of their products. Advanced Shipping Manager has all the features we need, that we were previously getting from a different and MUCH more expensive app before. Great solution, and great assistance if you even need it! Exactly What We Needed for Shipping - This is probably the first product review of anything I have written in years. And with good reason -- because Bigcommerce shipping logic (or lack thereof) was driving me MAD! The only option they present to you is for an app that is exorbitantly expensive and incredibly complicated. But, alas, Advanced Shipping Manager and the customer team have been a godsend! I spent about 30 minutes configuring shipping rules that took days with other unnamed apps and the customer support team is super responsive, knowledgable and really does help solve problems QUICKLY. Thank you to the ASM team for helping me implement the shipping rules that are critical to my business!

Best Shipping Calculations on BigCommerce - I am so glad that Kingwebmaster recently developed the Advanced Shipping Manager for the BigCommerce platform. We were using them previously on another platform and really missed their product when we moved. Other shipping rate apps (HQ) were extremely frustrating to use with difficult to manage rules and shipping groups. Another huge solution is Advanced Shipping Manager's shipping method populator for the shopping cart. This reduced lots of clicks and streamlined the cart by removing the need to enter a state and zip, then click update button. I can't recommend this product enough. It is one of the best apps in BigCommerce and every store should be using them!

With advanced rules and item level control - We have been an eCommerce company for over 15 years and ship approx 100,000 orders a year with 20,000 sku's so our requirements are very robust. Advanced Shipping Manager by Kingwebmaster has the best Shipping functionality on the market! We went deep in evaluating with all the options available on BigCommerce including Shipper HQ. Advanced Shipping Manager has deeper item level functionality, cart optimization (get rid of that silly City that does nothing), custom shipping methods with custom estimated delivery dates, shipping and delivery estimates on the item page! There is nothing we could throw at this software that we could not figure out how to do. The support and development team are incredible. These folks know what they are doing. They understand how critical it is to have highly functional and customizable software. Not only is their software incredible, the support is even more amazing. We have item level control on what shipping methods we want to populate in our cart and at checkout. Our customers have the ability to get shipping quotes on the ITEM PAGE! We are able to control methods to certain states, zip codes, by product, hazardous material, custom shipping methods (like regional carrier), split shipment calculations, multiple shipper account numbers for different methods (2 FedEx account numbers), markups and markdowns on certain zip codes, products or methods. The entire workflow is really incredible. Free 2 day shipping on certain Sku's to certain zip codes except Hawaii and Alaska? No problem. Custom estimated delivery for certain products based on cost savings shipping methods? No problem. Item level control and promotion of certain rates and offers? No problem. The most impressive part is what our customers see on the item page! It allows us to really highlight our best offers and get to a much higher conversion rate showing shipping options and estimated delivery dates. They are the best partner.
