Just pure excellence - Let me just tell you that if you need a shipping manager app that helps you calculate live rates(among other things) then this is it. Support at this company is top notch. The price is good and the software works. It is also easy enough to set up. The same can't be said for the "HQ" :()

Fantastic Support and App! - This app is a great alternative to some of the other, more expensive apps out there. The support that's included is second to none. Their team wants to make sure that ASM is doing everything that you need it to do in order to maximize your and your customer's shipping experience.

Support is phenomenal - This support for this app has been nothing short of excellent. We've had some intresting scenarios and I feel that Burt has been on top of it with immediate emails, quick calls, you name it. The app does everything that MUCH more expensive apps do.

Excellent application and support - The team and the application are great. Set-up is easy enough and their add-ons make this the best shipping management application on the bigcommerce platform by far. The delivery estimate and other add-ons can pay for themselves.

Advanced Shipping Manager - We have been using ASM since 2010. In those 11 plus years the system has never left us down. Many times we reached out to them for help with our own issues and they revamped their system to help ours. Dan and his team are quick to respond to technical issues and suggestions. Their team is very knowledgeable of their customers and store operations. We give them 5 plus stars!

Ultra flexible platform with excellent support - ASM built an awesome rule-based matrix that makes the platform ultra flexible. If there's an unusual use case you have in mind, ASM can likely accommodate it, often right out of the box before add-ons. Then there's the support. It's been hands down the best support I've received across multiple vendors while building our new eCommerce site. They begin by taking care of the initial set up for you based on your business needs; this includes connecting to shipping services and setting up rules for each one. Then they'll help you tweak it from there into exactly what you need. They respond quickly to your questions and follow through until an issue is handled to your satisfaction. We had a lot of shipping challenges in implementing eCommerce into our business and the ASM team was with us every step of the way. Thanks!

Excellent product- Highly Recommended - We have been using ASM for a while now. We evaluated and tested other providers initially and finally switched to ASM. Excellent Shipping Estimator - Great shipping manager, we switched from ShipperHQ earlier this year as it did not include necessary features we require. Advanced Shipping Manager was incredibly easy to setup, although there were some bugs in their app, once contacting support they were able to be fixed in a few hours which was amazing. We've been running the app for approximately 3 months now and it's been great, not a single issue has been found. We are now using ASM on another store which has also replaced ShipperHQ. Thank you Dan and your team for helping us switch over!

Great Customer Service A+++ - ASM was highly recommended to me by a business member after I mentioned the issue I'd with ShipperHQ since I signed up over a year ago. As I am located in Australia, the only suitable time to chat is around midnight. Dan was not only quick to reply to my emails, he was on the job straight away and spent the time to explain every step to me over the call. The issue that I had was finally resolved within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier and switched over to ASM straight away. A week ago, I encountered another issue and Dan got it fixed within 24 hours (could have been quicker if not because of the time difference, no fault of him though). Not to mention there is no charge for the continuous assistance. I had to pay over US$200 to ShipperHQ when I had an issue. I can't thank Dan and his team enough, so my website can run smoothly. I wish I found ASM sooner. Very happy with their service and app. Keep up the good work guys.

Great Customer Service!!!! - We recently launched Natura as a total rebrand and replatform from Magento to BigCommerce and used ASM for the shipping integration due to the complexity of shipping rules and customer groups.
