This Shipping App - A must Have!!! - This App is fantastic. It does exactly what we needed - We needed an App to add surcharges to Items larger than 1000mm. I tested the competitive products and found that ASM was easy to use.I did require some support but hey, the best support I've ever received from all suppliers I've used in the last 3 years. Top Notch Technology and Customer Support - I'm going to save you time here...If you are in need of a shipping management solution for your online store, stop and sign up with ASM. I was with their competitor for years and the support at ASM is infinitely better. These guys have it dialed. The software has built in solutions for every scenario we have encountered and their customer support is second to none. They almost always answer the phone which is so refreshing in an age of support ticket after support ticket. Oh, and if you do have to create a ticket they resolve it in about a day. Often times they even make the setting changes for you instead of sending you to yet another knowledge base which as an ultra busy small business owner, I don't have time to read. These guys will save you time and give you peace of mind. Great product at a fair price backed by great people.

Best App for Shipping estimates - I found ASM as the most sophisticated yet most cost effective solution available on the Big commerce. Their customer support is amazing and they are always available to troubleshoot or resolve any shipping related challenges that I come across while setting up the application. This is also the only solution which can manage 300+ shipping origins without much hassles.

Great app and even better customer support - I have tried several apps for shipping and ASM is the only one that allowed me to configure the shipping rules the way I needed them. Customer support is also top notch with lightening quick response times and solutions. Excellent app for complex shipping rates and zones - We at Flexx love this app and we were using it for over 2 years now. Enable you to set all different matrix such as remote post area codes, dangerous goods shipping (lithium ion batteries) etc.. We also have integrated live quotes from DHL and Fedex, very important for correct rates quotations. The app just set up and forget about it, it simply works. Their support is excellent, they always reply as soon as they can and help you with any settings you need. They always go extra mile to make you happy. We actually love this app so much, that we are migrating our shop from Bigcommerce to Shopify and install this app in our Shopify store too. Again, their support transferred all our settings over. Do not hesitate to get this app. It is a must especially for shops with complex shipping options and diverse merchandise.
