The best shipping App! - I've been using these guys for years even on my old platform. Nothing compares to the functionality and price.

Very Good Service - We had a chronic shipping problem within big commerce. We had to choose an app to accomodate strategic shipping rules. The "other" app provider was not anywhere near as helpful as Dan was and I highly recommend using this APP. We are a medium size business and I know how tough it is to be "hands on" with customers but Dan emailed me day and night until he got our shipping right. Dont go elsewhere, you will probably regret it.

Great App. Great App. - We've not yet gone live with our new bigcommerce site, but ASM has been simple and effective to use during setup. Best part is their customer support. They get back to you quickly with any issues or questions, which is great. So far it's been able to handle everything we need. They are also willing and able to do additional customizations you may need for your specific use case. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work ASM team!

Excellent Shipping App - We were using ShipperHQ which is incredibly complex and difficult to use. We had to pay to have the app set up and when we needed to make changes. We finally decided to try another app and found Advanced Shipping Manager. We got it set up in about an hour with more complex shipping options than ShipperHQ! This app makes it easy to set up drop ship locations, shipping options/exclusions at the product level with a product lookup feature that I love! You can also set up shipping options for a whole group of products with a simple csv upload. The tech support is incredibly responsive. The connection is fast and rates are pulling quickly and accurately. This app is crazy good!

Everything a store could need at a great price! - We've used ASM for many years now on another platform and loved their features. When we decided to move to BC this year with three of our stores ASM walked us through the shipping setup transition in no time at all. Their speedy, reliable customer support and helpful team made it a stress-free experience and we were up and running so fast! We've never had an issue they couldn't find a solution for. We highly recommend them!!

Burt and Dan are my heroes - Burt and Dan are amazingly helpful. We had a huge error in getting the shipping rules to take effect. Burt was on the phone with me on and off for hours, helping me troubleshoot our CSV and shipping rules. He was right there with me every step of the way and figured out the problem after working so hard. If it weren't for ASM and your amazing support, I wouldn't have a job right now! Unbelievably Good Service - The guys at ASM have done a remarkable job helping us get our website running smooth with ASM running the shipping work. Their pricing and care absolutely embarrasses ShipperHQ, who wanted to charge us several hundred dollars for an hour of technical support. For powerful and extremely modular shipping calculation, ASM is the only option you should consider.

Great App & Service - The support team was extremely helpful setting us up and willing to teach us how to set all the rules up. We have many different scenarios and rather complicated shipping demands and ASM was the only app that could handle all of our requests. We've had it for about 7 months now and if there is ever a issue the support is quick to jump on a call or email and fix the issue. Great Company!

Perfect for real time shipping rates and shipping customization. The customer service is amazing and always available. They even walk you through set up and continue to be available after installation and help with any customization needs. So many apps have no customer service and are impossible to get a hold of... but not advanced shipping. They are always friendly and its super easy to speak to a live person! It's been a game changer :)))

The Software is GREAT, but the PEOPLE behind it are AWESOME! - Our shipping is extremely complex because we dropship some products and ship others out of our shop and the dropship products are cheaper to ship than our rates are. Dan listened to me for about ten minutes then said, "No problem, do this and this, call us back and we got you" and they did. Burt was AWESOME, helping us with every little nuance of our shipping needs and didn't stop until he had it right. The one thing I've noticed about these apps is that if the people behind them give great support its worth going with them over something else. SUPPORT IS EVERYTHING and these guys have it down! I don't think there's anything they couldn't figure out. You have to be crazy not to consider these guys. I just want to say thanks to Dan and Burt for helping so much and making it happen in such a short period of time. THANKS!

Incredible how detailed you can get - Our shipping needs are REALLY complex, we use FedEx sometimes but mostly a couple Freight companies, we ship to commercial, residential, and even military bases sometimes. We charge per pallet, but some items can't stack on each other, we allow customer to use their own accounts etc. So Many complexities yet, I can put this info in. And Shout out to the GOAT Burt. Seriously ALWAYS willing to help figure things out and trust me I reach out a lot. Five Stars for Burt alone. lol
