Started off ok but not so good now - It started off ok and synced across 716 products. Now has just stopped. I have over 4K products. The app says there are 1500 but merchant centre only shows the716. Doesn't make if I run sync in merchant centre or in Bigcommerce. Nothing happens. Support useless as usual.

Shoddy integration - Does not connect to stores with "special characters", such as "-". Yes, that's right, a hyphen is considered a "special character". This means that if your storename with a standard HTTP URL has a "-", it is considered a "special character" and cannot be connected to this app.This is totally unacceptable and truly shoddy workmanship from Google and BigCommerce to allow these half-working apps to list on the "App Store".Rubbish.

Worst Possible Feed App - This app has been continually dropping my feed, then picking it back up, ever few hours for days. BigCommerce and Google techs are both working to find the issues to no avail. Save yourself the time and hassle and just get a better, paid app.

Garbage - I converted from Magento to BC and used this app for my Google Shopping Feed. The App used the product URL as the SKU. When Google didn't see a ligitimate SKU they created their or 14 digit identifier number for every product in my catalog. I lost 10 years of SEO because of this feed error from the app. BC support said not to worry about it - HA!

No control - Unfortunately the downside of this app is that it's not reliable and worse still, appears to have automatically gone from a manual synch option to a daily one. This has caused a lot of issues because when we make changes, we need to wait hours to resynch the feed. So okay - but not the best option out there for us.

updates SUCK! - all of a sudden it stopped using the content API which all my promo's are linked to, google no longer recognizes custom fields for age group and gender, no manually syncing it is automatic creating files that do not link to anything that was created before. The "engineers" need to quit messing up what works and fix what DIDN'T work!

Please stop update !!! - Please manually sync products. Stop automatic sync. I need the old submit by content API. The new automatic sync is very stupid. The item will not update, although I have already deleted it. The apps automatically sync without my permission; they create new files to upload and download in very stupid ways. The file was not found, that is an error.

Feeds Don't Work - Feeds keep overwriting changes made on the Google side. Feeds bring over ALL products, even the ones out of stock and the ones that are discontinued. Only way to fix it is to go into Google Merchant and delete the bad items. But then the next day the feed overwrites the changes. Impossible to use.

No good for UK stores - The app will not send VAT inclusive product prices to Google Merchant Centre for any stores outside the USA. This will cause product price mismatches in your feed leading to “Automatic item updates active [price]” warnings for every product in Google Merchant Centre. This is considered a critical error and Google Merchant Centre states “we continue to treat products with mismatches as critical errors that can lead to account suspension.” Be warned this problem probably extends to any stores outside the USA.You cannot use a flat shipping rate for all orders and set it within the app. If you do and you are I n the UK you will get your product feed disapproved. This might be due to a currency issue but Bigcommerce support have not confirmed this. The workaround is to set your shipping rates within Google Merchant Centre. It is a shame this functionality does not work for non-USA stores.Bigcommerce states “Ads and Listings on Google is an integration developed and maintained by BigCommerce” (source https://www.bigcommerce.co.uk/apps/ads-and-listings-on-google/). Clearly this app has not been developed to support stores outside the USA, which is a huge disappointment.

Useless for the UK Market - If you're in the UK and looking to use this app, don't bother. It will only send the Default Product price so if you display both VAT inclusive & exclusive pricing on your website, it will not pick up the VAT inclusive price. What this means is you'll be sending pricing through without VAT which means your ad pricing will be lower than your competitors and create a landing page price mismatch error in Google Merchant Centre. This can, and will end up with a Google Merchant Centre ban. You also have very little control over feed amendments meaning you have to do a lot of manual edits in Google Merchant Centre. All in all, not particularly well developed for anything other than the US & Canada.
