MCP + REST for crew timesheets: sites, rosters, check-ins via Telegram
ZimQi is a Telegram-based timesheet app for Australian trade and field crews, made by Findertech Australia Pty Ltd (ZimQi Online). Point Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client at ZimQi with a bearer API key and your assistant can list sites, upsert crew, assign people to sites, import a roster draft, compare roster vs actual, check someone in or out, pull a crew member's log and export approved timesheets as CSV. The same tools are on a REST API at /api/v1 with live Swagger docs. Keys carry the creator's role; bookkeeper and worker keys are read-only by default, and owners can revoke any key. The assistant cannot approve timesheets, touch billing or edit someone else's times. MCP and REST are included on every plan and the free trial.
