Open-source library of 61 specialist agent skills with a deterministic task router.
Solaris Dev Shop is a free, MIT-licensed library of 61 specialist agent skills plus one chief-of-staff router. You send a task; the chief of staff emits one typed assignment naming exactly one accountable specialist, with authority bounds and required evidence. Routing is deterministic and stdlib-only Python with 66 routing probes green in CI, no model calls, no API keys, no cost. Each employee ships as a SKILL.md, rules.md, plugin.json, capability.contract.json and learnings.md you can copy into any coding agent. A built-in QA loop requires independent review before any deliverable is accepted.
