De app is een verbetering om over te schakelen tussen een afhaalpunt en een thuislevering terwijl klanten dit niet hebben aangegeven. In principe zou het platform ervoor al gebruiksvriendelijker moeten zijn zodat klanten het niet kunnen vergeten om een afhaalpunt aan te duiden terwijl ze dit hebben doorgegeven. Nadeel: het laden van de app en bijhorende zendingen duurt soms zeer lang.
