Sync your BigCommerce sales data with your Xero account automatically with our app.

Our app will sync all your Customers, Products, and Orders from BigCommerce to Xero. You can choose to do it automatically or initiate it yourself.

Order Sync

You may have prepaid orders, or might have orders for which payment will be received later. The Order sync will happen as it is in your BigCommerce account. If a payment is received later on, it will be updated in Xero at that time. Cancellations & refunds are also synced appropriately.

Products

When our app syncs the orders, it will also sync the associated products to Xero using the details in BigCommerce. Currently, we sync only the products associated with the orders that are synced. If you require all products (upto 1000 variants) to be synced without them being a part of the order, do let us know.

Customers

You may choose whether you want to create an individual customer in Xero for all your BigCommerce customers or you can select to sync all orders under one dummy customer. If you select the former, all your customers are entered into Xero as well during the order sync.

Tax & Shipping lines

We have you covered. We will even sync the Tax lines & Shipping line items to your Xero Account.
