Photos and PDFs of tables to editable Excel. OCR runs in your browser, so files never upload.
OCR2Excel turns photos, screenshots and scanned PDFs of tables into editable Excel workbooks, and it does the hard part inside your browser. Files are parsed locally with WebAssembly OCR, so invoices, receipts and bank statements never leave your device.
Layout survives the conversion: merged cells stay merged, column widths are rebuilt, and number formats like 1,314.00 are kept as written. You can compare the recognised grid with the original page before exporting.
Exports are XLSX for analysis, CSV for import, DOCX or TXT when the table is meant for people to read. The free tier needs no account; paid plans add batch conversion and higher page limits.
