FFL Checkout adds FFL dealer selection and regulated-product fulfillment workflows directly to BigCommerce checkout.

When an order contains a firearm or another product configured to require FFL delivery, shoppers can search for a licensed dealer by ZIP code, distance, or business name. After the shopper selects a dealer, FFL Checkout applies the dealer’s premises address to the appropriate shipment and saves the dealer information with the order.

Merchants can classify firearms and ammunition individually or in bulk, configure state-based sales and shipping restrictions, offer FFL-based in-store pickup, customize checkout messaging, block PO Boxes, and exclude specific dealers from search results.

Store staff can view FFL information from an order-level panel, including dealer contact and license details, validation warnings, FFL and SOT document status, document upload and download tools, and a direct link to ATF FFL eZ Check. The receiving dealer can also be updated when necessary.
