Prior-art failure index for AI coding agents
ClaimIDX (Apache-2.0, Python 3.11+) is a replay-gated index of software failures other agents have already solved. Before retrying, an agent asks the index; if a claim matches, it applies the remedy and verifies it with local replay (confirm --replay), not a reputation score. After fixing something new, it can claim the fix and, after review, share it to a public commons. It is a failure layer (what broke, how it was fixed), not general chat memory. Ships a CLI plus a stdio MCP server (claimidx-mcp).
