Great service and easy to use - The customer service was quick, responsive to my questions, and helpful. The app looks great on our site and provides customers an easy way to view our offering. Its also easy to use for someone who has limited technical ability. The load times are slow and re-arranging images is slower, but considering the price point the value is terrific.

Loads incredibly slow - no support - The app started off great! The fetaures are awesome. It was loading fast in the beginning. Now it loads painfully slow so people are bouncing before the 1st image has time to load, so its now useless. We have contacted the vendor and they offered no assistance or guidance. Looking for another app.

Well worth it for gallery, video, etc. - much easier than integrating a custom JS code and allows standard users the ability to easily update. Advanced features allow me to customize the layout through javascript and CSS. Constantly adding new features and improving overall functionality of the program.
