Excellent Dropshipping Solution for Expanding to New Markets! - I’ve been using the Syncee for Supplier app on BigCommerce, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The platform makes it incredibly easy to connect with retailers worldwide and expand my business into new markets without any hassle.

Bait and Switch!! - We have used this to help integrate our dealers for live inventory sync to their websites. We were just informed by our new dealer that they signed up for the $40 package, but when not approved, called Syncee. Syncee tried to strong-arm them into a $300/ month plan, then when met with resistance, did a "favor" and reduced to $100/ month. Only when threatened to cancel did they honor the $40/ month plan. The "FREE" part of this program is only to the website owner, not for the customer/ dealer. When our customer called us and asked if "Syncee" was a scam, that was it. That is an embarrassment to our company to be represented in such way.

Easy to use - This app is great especially for US companies as integration is easy and there's a large number of US companies. The only thing I would say it's a little bit hard to understand prices because they are in $ and as a UK company it would be better showing prices in £'s. I know they are building on the UK side of things so hopefully this will be improved in the future. Support is very good and quick too.
