weak support & spam email - thought to try this app to provide customers notifications on order status. setup the gateway with sms global and followed the installation video ritually but it's not working. reached out to the company, they sent the link of the installation video without providing further instructions or support. just a waste of time. not sure if it's a coincidence but we've started to receiving spam email ever since we reached out to the customer service.
