Great Addition to any BigCommerce Site - Smart Bar works great and is pretty straight forward. The ability to have multiple bars with schedules and countdown timers is awesome. One thing that needs improved is the time zone of the countdown and the run dates. The time needs to display in the users local time zone, not UTC. I highly recommend even with this minor issue.

Simple to set up & Works Great - We're on our 4th use of the bar with countdown timer and it works really well, was critical for some Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions. My "wish list" item for the developer is slightly more text options like bold or underline for the button. I know this can be done with CSS, but it would be nice to have it built it.

Doesn't Work-No Support - Can't launch the app. Tried support for several weeks straight, they did not help at all. They just said I wasn't the administrator, which I am. So I am paying for something that won't work and I can't get resolved.

Covers mobile menu - Covers the mobile menu / header completely, so basically useless. Bummed I paid for this.

Works Great! - I had issues with the Bigcommerce promo banner. Instead of paying to get it fixed, I decided to try Smart Bar. Plus it had the count down timer which I wanted anyways. I had questions and support was very responsive. Answered within 24 hours or faster with every question.
