Great Addition To Our Tech Stack - We switched over to SiteVibes from Judge.me for our reviews and Lily Rewards for our rewards program and wow talk about UPGRADE! SiteVibes simplified both our rewards and reviews which allows us to do it all under 1 platform. We had a lot of issues with our previous platforms all of which have been completely erased by SiteVibes. Our account manager, Mike, is amazing to work with and is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful! I can't stress enough how much we love SiteVibes!

Amazing Product / Implementation - We had been using a different provider for our loyalty rewards program since 2021. However, slowly over the time the billing had increased to the point where it was 5x what it had been when we first implemented. We decided to look at other products and see what was competitive. We found SiteVibes and the entire process was amazing. Mike was our contact there, and he was great in demoing the product, and essentially building exactly what we wanted. We were able to import over our loyalty program points and had no issues or complaints with any current customers and reward balances. This product is actually better than the previous one, offering us a more robust rule set of including/excluding products, brands, categories...etc. The team over at SiteVibes is evolving by the minute, and that's what makes it really cool. If I would ask Mike about something they didn't have, just a setting, or toggle, he would get it developed and added to the product within a week or two. Super awesome company here and I would highly recommend you check out what they are doing.

Impressive loyalty app with fantastic support - We’ve just launched our SiteVibes loyalty programme and are very pleased with how it enhances our online store offerings. And it's working very nicely within the BigCommerce platform. SiteVibes provides a great selection of display modules/widgets, and the various editable elements can easily be toggled on or off. Once understood, the process is simple! When small modifications were needed, the support team really delivered, and Mike has been superb throughout (from our intro meeting until launch and beyond). He's highly personable, knowledgeable and responsive, and this really makes all the difference when navigating a new system. We’re looking forward to exploring the other SiteVibes features down the line. Highly recommend!

ABSOLOUTELY BRILLIANT! - We signed up to sitevibes a few weeks ago and the service we have received in helping us get set up and running has been second to none. The app itself is absolutely perfect for what we needed (primarily a loyalty scheme however we are now exploring other features) So easy to use, very customizable and Mike has been so helpful, fast to respond to queries and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great software at a great price - So far we are very happy with SiteVibes. They were easy to install and their support team is fantastic. Seriously they are so helpful and responsive to helping us get implemented and then adding additional feature requests. I would recommend anyone else in ecommerce give them a try!

Bringing loyalty up to date with today's customer behavior - SiteVibes solves the problem of bringing multiple key aspects of customer acquisition and retention under the management of a single, integrated, branded interface. Most loyalty programs out of the box address only purchase frequency or perhaps website visits. With SiteVibes we can also encourage product Q&A input, product reviews, and sharing on social media -- all within a single interface that is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our site. We evaluated 6 other loyalty management apps covering a range of price points, and none of then provided this level of integration and customization.The list of features is mind-blowing and the SiteVibes team is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We were able to get up and running with a fully functional, seamlessly branded loyalty program in less than a week. We were even able to get a few feature enhancements approved and implemented within days. I highly recommend getting a product demo to fully understand all of the features available in Site Vibes -- you will be amazed at all it can do! I also very much appreciated that the pricing was straightforward and you don't have to pay extra to add each and every feature!

Robust Functionality, Easy to Configure, AWESOME SUPPORT - This app is one of the best I've installed in my store, seriously. The team who created this app and helped us install/configure everything clearly knows their way around the BC developer environment because every idea we threw at them was brought to life within - and I'm not joking - a matter of days, sometimes it was legit within 15 minutes. I honestly can't say enough about this app, EVERY SINGLE THING I wanted to do was already thought out, down to extreme granularity of where to place buttons, what to call a feature, or how I wanted it on the frontend. For an app with this level of customizable functionality it was SUPER easy to install, configure and get off the ground. Favorite things are:--All aspects of engaging with customers to get reviews, Q&A content, social and loyalty were thought of in how this was built.--Minimal screwing around with code.--Looks awesome on my website (and we're already getting 40x the number of reviews we were with the native BC functionality)--For an app that allows you to customize SO MUCH, it was extremely easy and fast to configure it and ship this to production.--Totally awesome team to work with. THIS MATTERS WITH THESE APPS!HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MIKE MATKER, you were so awesome throughout the onboarding process!!!
