Great Option for Customers - Shipping was a constant headache for us, and we were facing significant issues with failed deliveries. Customers would spend hours trying to speak to the freight company when in fact we didn’t know there was a problem at all. This caused customer headaches and we received a lot of negative feedback. Plus, the constant replacements kept eating into our margins. Downloading Ship-Safely’s (free) app has been a game-changer for paintballshop. We can now send our products globally confidently, plus we receive a full replacement order at RRP meaning our business is not at the mercy of others. It takes just a few clicks to file a claim, and Ship-Safely have one point of contact to fix the issue. Great addition to a store - We have been using Ship Safely (previously Nano Insurance) for over a year now. The vast majority of our products are over $100 (the maximum that most carriers will cover by default). We've seen a large decline in quality and care of all carriers in the last two years and an increase in stolen packages. Having Ship Safely has significantly mitigated these issues and helped quite a few of our customers over the entire relationship that experienced issues with these carriers or extraneous conditions that had a legitimate claim. It helps keep our customer satisfaction up and creates repeat customers since they know they can be covered for the actions of others. I highly suggest using this for one specific reason: accountability. The covering of shipments is great, but as a store, you want to make money. Covering the ignorance and lack of care of carriers shouldn't fall on the shoulders of the online retailer, but customers seem to think it does. When a customer actively unchecks Ship Safely, they claim their own accountability for their package and when your orders are in the 3 and 4 digits, that's a win.
