Amazing Service - We have a large catalog and want to add specific samples to specific products and offer the first three samples at no charge. We communicated our needs, and they quickly created an import section for us to import the samples and assign the samples to products with the pricing options we needed. When we encounter errors or issues, they were quick to fix and work until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this app.

Free samples and great support - We needed way to offer free samples of our B2B c-store cooler price tag holders so that retailers could test them on their store's cooler shelves to make sure they fit before buying. The free samples are a small section of the longer parent product which means they have a different SKU# in our system. The app developer, RedChamps, worked with us to modify the app so that we could specify a specific SKU# for the free sample that was different than the parent SKU. They were very responsive and their turn-around time was excellent. I highly recommend.
