Integration - I love my rep, I love the platform, just too many bugs right now. We are doing almost 50 orders per day and for the most part things run smoothly.Some Big Commerce Issues: 1. every. single. Mock-up gets loaded - in some cases 144 images - every time. So you need to go in and remove them if some of the mock ups are not relevant. Even if you choose the navy t-shirt, it will choose the first one in their mock up list.2. Variants. It allows customers to order all of them, even those not in stock, especially those that don't have a sku. So via the drop down a customer can order a large white tee, that is not available, so there is no sku, but the order goes through - and you don't know there is a problem until the customer calls and says where is my order. And Printify doesn't have it because it is out of stock and there is no Sku to send them, but Big Commerce Still takes the order.3. ALL ITEMS COME OVER FREE SHIPPING - and there is no where to change that.We are sticking with it, the good out performs the bad. We just need them to give the Big Commerce Version some love - I am on a Printify users forum on Facebook - I think I am the only one using Big Commerce.My rep really cares, we have over 5,000 of their products on our site. So we are committed, I just felt fellow Big users should be aware of what to look out for.

We still love you - We like printify, we really do. That's why it's absolutely time to be critical and talk about the flaws since they have already done explaining the pros.There isn't bulk edit for list editing, the images you "accidentally" "archived" can never be accessed again, not even God, and for some reason, the products can't update sync publish properly unless you manually delete them from big commerce to resync.... If you've got more than 5 products you'd cry a little like I did.Oh and by the way, the sizing table isn't flexible to include both imperial and metric, nor it is compatible with mobile users....... You guys!!! Please check all of these stuff!!!

Doesn't Work - Support are very unhelpful. Just upgraded to premium and it didn't work. Wasted a whole day on this

So far so good - As with all apps there is always a learning curve and a few kinks to work out. Overall I am pleased with this app more than Printful. The shipping delays are minimal (unlike Printful) and I'm able to keep up shipping expectations with my customers.
