Excellent app, fantastic support - Is there a way to give a 6-star rating?Our site offers a dealer program with special pricing for companies that purchase from us in quantity. Manually creating and updating a separate price list for over 300 products would require a considerable investment of time, but this app lets us do that in seconds. We have a pricing database, and it was simple to write a query that exports a CSV file with dealer prices; with that file and the Price List Importer/Exporter app, it's literally three mouse clicks to update all our dealer prices in BigCommerce. This app saves me an uncountable number of hours every month.The support is just as good as the app. In the two instances where I've had to ask for help, the developer has responded quickly and fixed my problem.

Excellent Product & Service - Quick Reply and Resolution to my support issue. This product is MUCH BETTER than the previous product offered by Big Commerce. I only wish I had known about it sooner!
