A blessing for Indian merchants on BigCommerce - After the only Indian payment gateway integrated with BigCommerce hung us out to dry by taking forever to update their integration, and then finally allowing only card payments (!!!) -- we were left stranded. Happened to stumble across the PayU app by sheer coincidence, and didn't waste a second in installing it. Various members of the PayU team reached out shortly after I signed up and they were very proactive, polite and helpful in getting the onboarding process done (quite smooth + totally online) and the app integration - also fairly simple. Being one of the first adopters, there were a few bugs, but they have been ironed out now -- and I'll say it again, this is a blessing!! It works perfectly now, the user-facing interface is good, and its helped with our conversion rates (much fewer purchases abandoned at the payment stage). PS - Also the BigCommerce tie-up offers some much more beneficial commission % rates (compared to if you directly sign up to PayU for another platform) - so do check that out if the offer is still valid.

Not able to set it to live/production mode - There is no button or toggle to set it to production/live mode. They don't have any option in payu dashboard as well. It was very frustrating for me to connect it with my website.
