This amazing app has surpassed every other app I've tried - I installed & tried literally every recommendation app and eventually found everything I needed in this one. It was visually the best looking (especially the builder page for the appearance customization), very clean and modern UI, easy to use, and very decent pricing compared to some other apps. It did have some minor conflicting issues with the quantity selector on my website, but Ann from the support team has resolved it very quickly. One more thing that i love is the ability to re-position the volume discount widget on the product page. I'm a very hands-on owner and a graphic designer by professional, so very pleased that i'm able to make changes myself without having to go through the support team. If they could make the app allow for more visual edits, it would be an absolute dream . But still giving this 5 stars because it has surpassed every other app I've tried, so it's really the best option I've found! (updated: they said there will be a feature for customize the CSS/HTML soon)

Perfect solution for Volume discount - We were using a previous volume discount app that gave us nothing but headaches for months, so we switched to this app. We had a couple of issues getting it set up to work with other apps running on our store, but the team had them fixed really quickly and were really communicative with us the whole time. Since the fixes were made, we've had no issues and our whole store is running smoothly for the first time in close to 6 months. We also like that it is customisable, which our previous app wasn't, so we're able to achieve a look and feel that matches our store. Highly recommend!!

Overwhelmed by this app. Highly recommend - Initially I was overwhelmed by this app, theres a lot of options! which is great. I use these bundles all over my website. They are easy to customise and deliver all the key information so clearly. I had a teeny issue with getting the bundles displayed where i'd hoped on my product pages. I think Im probably making it more complicated than necessary, but as many people have already said, Ann on customer support is incredibly helpful, so we shall see if it works out. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Definitely 1st choice volume discount apps in BigCommerce - I'm blown away by the customer service here. Before committing to Native Recommender, we tried some of other volume discount apps. This app won because of its price, compatibility with our theme, and the way it displayed the discounts. On our launch day, we discovered that for some reason, the discount wasn't applying in checkout! I reached out to the support team using their live-chat feature, and an amazing person named Anne solved our problem within minutes - it turns out the old apps we had tried left old code in our store that was interfering with this app. I cannot emphasize how valuable this was for us - the speed with which Anne resolved our issue has me feeling so confident in the expertise and helpfulness of Native Recommender - we will be sticking with this app for good because of this encounter, and recommending them to everyone who is curious!

Best product bundle app in BigCommerce I've encountered. I highly recommend! - Setting up and customizing this widget was a breeze! I was able to figure out the basics using just their thorough app documentation. They do recommend a some knowledge of CSS/HTML in order to make advanced changes, but their tech support is quick to respond and amazingly helpful. The representatives I spoke to went above and beyond to provide the assistance I needed. I tried a couple of similar apps before this but they were either not intuitively designed or tech support was frustratingly slow to respond. The only update I suggest is that bundles have the option for reverse product recommendation. I would have liked for a product pair to be each other's recommendation without having to manually set up each bundle (making two manual bundles for products A+B and B+A). After speaking with a representative, they informed me that it was something they'd look into, and they actually did. 2 weeks later i can create bundles like the way i want. It's the best product bundle app I've encountered. I highly recommend!

Store owners who also cares about shopping experience besides revenue really need to see what this app can do for your store - Using this app only for bundles but really satisfied with it. I have been recommended to have a look at this app from my MKT agency. We have tired seeing many stores using popup for upsell. Best Amazon style Frequently Bought Together - I have used a lot of similar apps for bundling and cross-selling in the past and never found one that is right for our store. Native Recommender works extremely well, but most importantly, the support team have been super responsive and been able to make the app work perfectly with out store.

Kind support. Always know how to pleased the customers - Using the app as I wanted to put specific add on products to a main product on the product page. The app couldn't help us to make a duplicate of about 1000 look-a-like offers as I wanted to so I contacted support. Chris has been amazing with his customer support and has customised the app features so that it now does exactly what I was after. 5 stars for Chris!!

Fantastic service! Truly appreciate from a non-tech person like me - Great application with fantastic service. Whoever build this app really cares about shopper experience - Really great app, we were looking for a less intrusive drop down option as a cross sell and this app delivered. Best app for recommending bundle - I tried multiple apps to help me offer bundles on my site. The issue I had was that my products had size and colour variants, so it was proving to be difficult to present bundling in a good way. This app was the best I tried. And I tried many many bundling apps, probably installed and uninstalled like 10! Linn's customer service was top class as well, couldn't fault the speed and positivity with which he responded to my queries.

Finally i've found this app - This app is exactly what I was looking for. Provides a simple way for customer to add on accessories without confusing them. Support was super responsive and helpful and helped me customize the app to my needs.

Love the non-intrusive upsell. Best for customer experience - Great app, even better customer support. Has increased AOV for us, and does so in a seamless, non-intrusive way for the customer experience. Would recommend trying this app for bundles or product page cross-sells, and more features we've yet to try.

TOP NOTCH app, TOP NOTCH service - We've never had an upsell app, but have been told to add one, so we found Native Recommender which is highly recommended and it does not disappoint at all. It is the EASIEST set up, to understand, and to edit. Also, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Ling helped us with everything, even on a Saturday afternoon! They're ALWAYS available and know what they're talking about!!! Not common. Also, you can customize the appearance so it could be blend in with your theme. So far, it's been awesome and adding additional revenue, and we're working on more offers this weekend and I CAN'T wait to see what it can really do when customized. Thank you!!!!!

Neat design, timely help and clear instructions - Native Recommender offers a lot of customization, looks wonderful and neat. The live chat help was also very helpful. I had an issue getting my offers onto my Stencil theme and the support was nice to record a video guide for me. He truly did more than what he should to make sure I could get what I needed. One of the best app in the upsell category - This app is a no-brainer. Nice interface. Plenty of options. Reasonably priced (not taking a % of sales like others). Chris is always super helpful and replies straight away with any questions. I have zero complaints. If any, I hope they can offer a quantity upsell for the same product in the near future!
