Customer Support Google Meeting - Excellent customer support! Their team responded to my request immediately, and helped me schedule a call at the time I was available. I speak with a customer support expert who walked me through all the steps and addressed all my issues. I wish more companies in America had a customer support team with the professionalism of this team.

Best Marketplace app on BigCommerce ( Multi Vendor/Multi Seller App) - I've been using this app for the last two years; I found it very useful and practical for my business as we have around 12 sellers using it successfully, and they are pretty happy with this app too.The support and development team is easily approachable, and they have good intentions to improve this app. they listen and try to resolve issues as much as possible. We met online multiple times to discuss matters and gaps in the app. love their hard work! On one occasion, I met with Mr Sahu (Co-Founder - Webkul) and found the company's intention to grow this app bigger to support online businesses. I appreciated his time and efforts and was happy to meet such a hamble person.I recommend this app for businesses looking for the multivendor/Mutliseller/Marketplace app. *This app has excellent opportunities but still needs a lot of work and team time to improve.Overall, 5* from me! :-Rakesh

HORRIBLE SUPPORT! - I have had nothing but HORRIBLE and I mean ATROCIOUS experiences with their so-called, NON-EXISTENT "support". First they make you wait days for a response, and then they don't even bother to actually try to provide any support. My registration emails are not being sent, so I write in hoping for some assistance or at least a point in the right direction. The response I got is pasted in below:Agent Reply:Hi ,May be you have not set up your email properly. Please check it.Regards,WebkulNo link to a support article, no steps I can check, NOTHING but "You fix it. Go away" I'm upset and hurt that I spend my money each and every month on an app that BLATANTLY states they don't care about their users nor supporting their requests for help. I am actively searching for another solution for my marketplace needs because Webkul doesn't care about me or my business.

Best Marketplace Application - This company is simply THE Best company I've experienced thus far on Bigcommerce. They are quick to response and they stay on top of ALL their work. This marketplace app is a MUST HAVE for selling products of your vendors on your website . I truly do appreciated Aishwarya, she always respond to my calls as quickly as possible, and always resolve my queries, I'll give her a 10. This app is awesome and easy to use and comprises all the features a marketplace should contain.

Service - Best application amazing support by Aishwarya for bigcommerce multivendor marketplace application.

What's up with the accounting section? - The app is great for everything up to paying marketplace store owners. Then it does nothing. It's like they just decided "well, we've done enough" make a three field form and go home. No documentation, the only direct action I can take is "cancel my account". So much potential, dropped at the endpoint.

The App needs a lot of work - The app does not have as many functions as other 3rd party plat forms. You cannot export a store report. The products to not sync automatically. When you sync it manually it sends all the sellers their orders again which confuses them and then you have a job of informing every seller to disregard the emails before they start shipping the product again. Sellers do not get their notifications on time or at all. Their is no search bar for products, so if you have many products you have to scroll, scroll & scroll. The app needs quite a bit of work.

Great support and respond to all questions - I had the pleasure of speaking with Aishwarya from Webkul. First we communicated over email and moved over to Skype which was so much easier and faster. She answered all my questions. I heard back within 24h, the time difference between US and India is possible to manage, if you are up early use the time tp speak to them. They even gave me a call once. Very, very helpful. The marketplace is great and Webkul can offer you additional services if they are needed.
