It does the job. - No frills, product sorter. It gets the job done. Even though this is the cheapest product sorter on Bigcommerce, it is still way overpriced. This should be standard in Bigcommerce not an extra charge of 25 euro.

Out of the box, Bigcommerce is limited in organizing/displaying products in categories. The Magic Sorter app fixes BC's shortcomings. Now I can display my products exactly how I want for every category. Plus, their support is quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this app!

Works Like A Charm - I am kind of taking the "broken" review personally. 1. Because it works perfectly and saves me so much time, I don't know what I would do with out it. We have 40,000 products and hundreds of categories and It is so easy to use.2. Because I have worked with the developer for years and no way NEVER, EVER would they not respond, not make sure it is working correctly or promote a product they did not believe in. I did have some issues when first installed, but they worked with me to make sure it was working perfectly. Even followed up.I have recommended this to my Big Commerce Account manager and gave him a zoom tour of how it works and he is sharing it with all of his clients.

It's the easiest app in the big commerce library to use. They have a seven-day trial so try it out.Email support was usually less than 15 minutes and you can't get any better than that.

Absolutley BROKEN - Has not worked since we downloaded it. Broken or crashing for a few days now. Save your money and save your time.

Truly Magical - Magic sorter is exactly that - magic. After coming from a custom built site where we had full control of the product order on category pages, we just threw our hands up with BigCommerce as there was no good way to do it.Then along came Magic Sorter. A few clicks in install and we were dragging and dropping products to our hearts content. Just be patient, like the app says it can take 30-60 seconds for the change to show on the site. Just be patient and you'll be very happy.
