Terrible Customer Experience - We signed up for LeadDyno and tried to add some sub-accounts for other team members to be able to access the app and get things going but after more than a week of failed attempts and lousy customer service we never succeeded. Everything about this onboarding seems broken. Even the option to leave a one star review on the LeadDyno site was left with an error message. You can't access the LeadDyno app from Big Commerce unless you're the account owner so other users have to access it through their web portal. Unfortunately they can't even be set-up as users after a week of trial and error. Glad we learned about this BEFORE we were involved with them and finding ourself in the middle of a number of affiliate programs with a problem. Stay away!

Good platform well put together - Very stable platform with good features. User interface can probably be a bit more user friendly, but it's not terrible. All in all, we're happy with it. Thanks!

Horrible Support Response - I tried this app a few years ago just to try it out. It seemed really good but in the long run it wasn't going function how I need it to for my store. Now several years later I have returned thinking the product was more mature and could seemly work as I need it to. The first issue I had was just trying to update my credit card to pay them. That got straightened out in a few days. While that was happening I asked support if the system could now handle Brand and product based affiliate tracking. I essentially got a "possibly" response to my question and a link to an FAQ. Ok, I get it I need to figure it out. As I'm trying to figure this out I learn that I can't access the commissions tab because of an error 500. I contact support and a week and half later they still can't figure out why I can't access the commissions tab. So basically now I'm paying for a product that I have no idea if it will indeed work. Plus there is no help to figure out if it will work from support. Completely frustrated!!!

Poor Support - They take 4 days to respond per email response. They want me to investigate my own issues. They have no clue how to fix my issues. Stay away, very poor support and buggy software.

Super easy to use and great support - I love leaddyno, it was easy to set up and I get great support from them!

The features are great! - We've been using LeadDyno to help us run our Brand Ambassador Affiliate program - it's been working out great. Their support team is very responsive and have answered setup questions we've had very quickly. The features are great!
