Glitchy - The ShipBlink software is very glitchy and not efficient at all. In order to print a shipping label, I have to click no less than 11 times. Its even more if the address is an international address. The whole point of shipping software is to make things more efficient but this does the opposite. It is an absolute nightmare if you have a stack of orders to process. How this software has 5 star reviews is beyond me.

Great app and Great service - ShipBlink is great to work with and I highly recommend them. They are able to do customizations and always provide prompt customer service.

Most valuable app I use - This is the only app I've found to utilize a local carrier (SpeeDee Delivery). The app returns rates properly and is capable of far more than I have utilized it for. Sameer is attentive and knowledgeable. If you have ever dealt with 3rd party app developers who "point the finger" you will appreciate dealing with Sameer. His app works and when it does (rarely) have an issue, he will fix that issue without wasting your time.

SATISFIED! - Service number #1, really a great application to ship orders, add our delivery service accounts among more than 100 delivery careers that have. I recommend it to the whole application :)

Only one that actually delivers - This one actually delivers, for real. We use it for FedEx, DHL Express and UPS - It ticks all, ALL boxes. Commercial invoices are correct, packaging, labels, everything works as it should. It's a big scale product in a small scale package. And outstanding support and roadmap. We will continue use this when we migrate to Shopify.
