Works but only free for 200 views a month - Came looking for another app after the free one I was using stopped working with the updated Instagram Feed API. Well this one works but the price is based on number of views per month. Only shows 200 views a month on the "free" tier then it's $6 month for up to 5000 views/month. Gets more expensive for more sources and more views after that.

Where is the Customer Service - Have this app installed on two BigCommerce stores and neither app is working on the admin side of our site. They're no longer using Zendesk so all of those links for support are useless. I emailed in the beginning of the day and have not heard back yet. Will be uninstalling and using a different developer if there isn't a fix by tomorrow.

Avoid this. Very Expensive - Price tripled year on year and was auto billed. - The first year was $48.95 and the second year was auto billed with $175USD. Communication with their support desk is very strange and not helpful. I would warn other store owners to avoid this app and any product from Elfsight. There are other options.

The best tool for Instagram pics - A great app with tons of features you just can't miss, and a fantastic customer support! I'm new to BigCommerce, so I had some issues with displaying the feed where I wanted it to be, but the team took care of it in no time at all. Thank you, Elfsight!

Poor support! - I paid upfront for a year. It disappeared and the support was abysmal. They effectively wanted me to sort it all out (and I'm not that technical). I cancelled and they refused refund. I suggest you avoid them.

Good idea, badly executed - You are only allowed website 200 views per month to use the free version, not to mention a permanent tag on the widget that links to the website of the creator, as if it would be relevant to my customers. Uninstalling.

Love this Instagram Feed - Super easy to use and plug in! Was able to match the design of our website nicely. No complaints! Thanks for a great app!

Not great - I get purchasing a plan to get rid of the Elfsight logo, but the elfsight logo has a trashy fake 'X' button that leads you to their website. Extremely unprofessional.

Instagram Feed by Elfsight - I just love this app! Really nice design and customer support is fantastic – I was answered my thousand questions in a very friendly way and now my widget is customized in the best way ever. Elfsight, you rock!
