Terrible Customer Service - I paid over $200 to "try this app". Could never get anymore to help me configure it on my store. Tried emailing their support and messaging them on Skype. Nothing. Sent multiple messages. Maybe this review will get someone on their team to reply to me and help me out.

Great app and support - We are using Inkybay more than a year. Awesome app and awesome support. I needed some adjustments and they helped me quickly. I recommend.

Love InkyBay! - We have been looking for an app like this for a long time. Very easy to learn and set up. Customers are using and placing orders with ease. Tech support and instructions are excellent. Looking forward to using this on all of our stores.

Customer Service - Their time in getting back to you to resolve an issue can and should definately be improved upon. I've sent messages to try and fix a problem I noticed with their designer and I get crickets... Looking for a new product designer. If you know of one, let me know. Thanks!

Review - So far inkbay as been ok. I have had lots of issues setting it up and getting everything work properly, but now that it works I am happy with it. Support has been really very helpful during everything and I truly appreciate that.

Not Perfect for Web to Print Sites - REVISED 03/02/2020 So we had to uninstall the app and try something else, it was constantly breaking, or not loading correctly. This is a great app. We are a screen printing, and custom sign shop in Jacksonville Texas. We installed this about 2 weeks ago. There is a little learning curve, but they have an extensive online self help wiki site that answered 90% of issues. I did have to contact support a couple of times for various issues. The support ticket got me instant answers for the most part. Late afternoon questions were answered the following day. The cost is fantastic $50.00 for an online designer was well worth it. I am still working on various product uploads and setting up templates so I will update later on. BTW they have a free trial. Cant beat that! check out my website, give me a call and ask anything you want. I highly recommend this app for any printing company.
