Friendly Staff, Good Product, Solves Issues - I signed up with Unific on the recommendation of my HubSpot success manager. We worked together on getting my BigCommerce data synced reliably with HubSpot. In addittion I purchased the HubSpot on-boarding and training through Unific (you can buy from HubSpot or a partner). Lastly I purchased some of Unific's marketing automations (workflows) to help me to get up and running more quickly with email workflows, abandoned carts etc.We had a few hiccups with the data sync at the start (not a Unific issue), but that has all been resolved my data now syncs flawlessly.The on-boarding process with HubSpot can be daunting. I firmly believe that if you want to do it right, you must be guided through, and pushed, to get up to speed quickly. There is so much to take advantage of in HubSpot (and so many rabbit holes to get lost in), that it was invaluable to have someone train me on the software and answer the many questions I had during the on-boarding program. A big thank you to Vanessa Gallegos at Unific. I couldn't have gotten through it without her guidance!Overall, if you are using HubSpot, or have just signed up or are thinking about it then you need your data porting across reliably and you need to know how to use it properly once it is there.
