Useful App To Get International Sales - We have used WebInterpret and the system takes care of automatic translation and currency exchange. We went with the premium plan. Already seeing additional orders come though from overseas. It's a no-brainer decision

International Sales Are Rolling In! - We started using Webinterpret late 2018, and since then we have really ramped up our international sales. We previously had trouble selling internationally in terms of getting traffic as well as setting up our international shipping services. Webinterpret solved both those issues because they created our site for roughly 60 countries in their native language, and all we have to worry about for shipping is to send our packages to Webinterpret hub in Pennsylvania. Their international shipping prices are far and away cheaper than we previously quoted our customers. We also don't need to worry about providing any documentation for these international orders, we just ship the packages as we would for any US delivery. We have even sent packages from two warehouses to their hub and they will combine them into one shipment for same customer order. And, it has been several months with Webinterpret and have not had a single fraud issue with any orders. Lastly, whenever I have questions about their service or an order, the Customer Service team has always answered my questions fully and within 24 hours. I am very happy with our partnership with Webinterpret.›

International Sales are UP! - Since implementing Webinterpret International sales are up 15%. In addition we are getting sales from countries that we had no movement in before implementation. Don't get suckered into this - I was contacted by this company over a year ago. It has taken them this long to get my site translated. Now that it's running, a wish I had known the following before I wasted my time with them:1. Your international shipping options will be limited to exactly two: WebInterpret Standard and WebInterpret Express. Since each order is shipped twice, the fastest shipping you can offer is 2 weeks. Not acceptable for my business.2. Since they also handle return shipping, it can easily take 3 weeks to process customer returns. Forget about exchanges.3. Once a customer places an order, the shipping address can't be changed, and the shipping method can't be upgraded. The order has to be cancelled, the refund processed, and the order placed over again. I have lost several high value orders because of this.3. Customer service can only be reached though a web form, and they operate from Europe which means it takes at least 24 hours to get a reply, even in emergency cases like lost packages.4. Refunds can't be handled through BigCommerce.5. Their real plan, with customizable shipping options and actual customer service, costs $99/mo plus 5%, which is ridiculous.6. They will handle filling out customs forms, which is a terrible idea since they have no idea what's in the box. Also, they do not supply commercial invoices for customs clearance.Bottom line, if you are selling anything of significant value to overseas markets, skip this. You will lose a lot more sales than you will gain, and your customer service reputation will suffer. When your customers have problems with shipping, you will have to blame a 3rd party which just makes you look weak.

Worst customer service - Don't bother they never answer Phone calls or support ticket being waiting since October 2018 to get issue with translation not being correct to date no response

Great App - drives international revenue - I've been using this app for about 3 weeks now and after configuring it for my website, the results so far have been impressive. Took about 2 weeks for them to translate everything.Prior to this, I shipped all of my international orders via FedEx and the rates were exorbitant and I had many abandoned carts.When Bradley from Webinterpret presented to me their findings of how much international traffic I had, I guessed that I was probably losing some sales to the high shipping cost and needed to give this a shot.I'm now getting several international orders per day (75% of them are new clients) and the best part is that my website is now translated to the appropriate foreign language with all pricing conversions done at prevalent rates. The money is converted back to USD & promptly deposited into my PayPal account. All I do is simply ship the order to the nearest Depot (Pennsylvania) and they forward to the buyer.I add a $9.95 shipping fee which covers my domestic shipping to the depot and I increase my prices by 10% across the board.This App makes a difference!Jeff, Advent HairMay 2020 UPDATE - I've had several orders go missing And trying to communicate with them via email is extremely tedious and time-consuming. Trying to get a refund out of them is very challenging. No one to actually speak with.I'm about ready to shut them down.
