A Must if You Sell Firearms Online - This app made life easier for our customers and for me. They choose where they want their firearm sent for transfer at checkout- eliminates confusion and friction on their end. I don't have to send follow up emails to the customer. In the cases where the file copy of the FFL is available, I have no further emails or phone calls to make to the FFLs either. If the file copy is not available through the app, the contact information for the FFL makes follow up so much easier. Less processing work on our end= quicker shipping= happier customers!

A Must-Have For Firearms Sellers - The FFL Locator by 20North has stream-lined our order processing significantly. It is super quick to setup and is very user-friendly. The developers have done a great job speaking with firearms dealers and implementing features that are needed. I had a call with the developer ahead of implementation, and every questions or concern that I had they had already considered and had addressed. The "Verified FFL" feature powered by FFLS.com is the real stand-out of this app, as it allows you to instantly retrieve FFL copies from the bigcommerce order manager. This eliminates the need to keep your own spreadsheet of dealers who are "on-file" with you. Since implementation, we hired the developer to make some customizations just for our store, and that entire process was great.Trust me that this is the FFL locator app that you want for your bigcommerce store. We used the other one for about two years and could not be more happy that we made the switch.
