Useless - Doesn't work, refuses to connect, help guides are out of date for bigcommerce, live chat is useless if you even manage to get someone. Really disappointing, have been with Feefo for years and nothing works as it should, it's such hard work! *Bangs head repeatedly on wall*

Not integrated - Do not be fooled by the poor sales pitch, you will need to enter the code every time you update the platform to get the products review to work as they state, not a simple few clicks at all! and if you complain about their lack of understanding on how difficult that can be for some companies they will treat any review of their own actions as offensive to them - the irony is staggering!
