Good App, but keeps using their API keys when I dont want it to - Support is unresponsive. Either they don't know how to fix this or this is it's just a data mining scheme.

Great app for sorting out fraud - We have tried multiple fraud screening programs and this has been the easiest to use without breaking the bank. Our only complaint it that there are times we contact customer service with a question and would not receive a response back. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Two thumbs up to the developers though!

Finally a more reliable Fraud app - My initial experience has been good with it both picking up on fraud signals that other app did not as well as having less than half the orders getting false positive for fraud. We tried a few of the other options but even with Fraud Labs pro we had so many false positives on the fraud that our team was spending excess time on manually reviewing. When we replatformed to bigcommerce, I was so suprised when we could not find a fraud app that was any good. This app uses the maxmind fraud network, We have been using this network for close to ten years with reliable results. Very thankful a company brought this technology to bigcommerce.
