Rate and feature changes, lack of support, false advertising - I used this app for several years to track built products, listing integration, and shipping management. The rate was affordable and it did what I needed it to do. Over time, however, ecomdash began counting FBA orders toward your usage, even though they never processed any of these orders, which placed me in a significantly higher price bracket. This was disappointing as I only used a fraction of the features and only processed a small number of orders through the platform. The last straw for me though was when the shipping integration went wonky and I waited over 9 months for someone to fix the issue. It caused a significant increase in my daily order processing time. The fix never came. So I explored different software and now use something else to manage my listings and shipments and now I only use ecomdash to keep track of built inventory and components. It creates an extra step to transfer numbers over manually when I build a product, but having to do that once in a great while far outweighs the amount of time it took me daily to process orders in a broken system. I am also giving a lower rating for false advertising. They advertise a freemium plan for $0/month if you only process up to 30 sales orders per month, however when I called to downgrade to it, they said it no longer exists and they now only have a $25 plan for up to 100 orders per month, even if you process zero orders.

Too many issues and very slow support - I've invested 10 months into this app hoping that they would come around and fix the issues that plague many of their customers. I understand that glitches happen, but time and time again I've been told by ecomdash that all of the problems I've experienced are somebody else's fault, they will never admit when they have a problem instead they constantly blame others. Just 2 days ago I had an issue creating a new BigCommerce listing, it published according to ecomdash, but the product wasn't anywhere to be found in BigCommerce. Like I said, that problem happened in the early morning 2 days ago, I created a support ticket, and finally today they came back saying that the error was my fault and to delete a certain field. I did exactly what they said to do and the problem is still there. Now I'll wait another 2 days for them to write me back with an equally infuriating response about what I did wrong yet again because nothing is ever their fault. Speaking of support, the MOST infuriating problem that I have with them consistently is that they do not take the time to actually read the problems I've spent a considerable amount of time detailing in my support ticket (I usually even include multiple screen shots with clear labeling, and often record screen share videos that I send to them). Try detailing a problem to somebody, waiting 2 days for them to respond, only to have them ask you a question that you clearly answered in your original request.Bottom line is stay away from these guys......

Great! - Ecomdash is amazing! You can't just jump in and expect to know everything about this app. But if you take the time and learn it amazing! We have 5 different selling channels set up and it syncs all of the inventory together making our life so much easier! We love it. Chat support is great as well! We have used ecomdash since 2017 and they keep on improving. They also have a suggestion forum that you can write the things you like and don't like and they actually listen!!

Just as first review, not ready for Prime Time - Previous reviewer said "marginal, disjointed setup". I would completely agree. I would describe it as 'clumsy'. It is difficult to navigate and get anything done. I have finally just given up on getting it to work. There are missing products and other issues with the service. Perhaps in the future it will be better.

Not quite ready for prime time - Needs work !!! - Marginal, disjointed set up information. I have been using it for about 3 months. Took me at least a month to set-up. Everything was working, but now there has been some change on their end to the Etsy integration and I can no longer get Etsy orders into ecomdash. I will have to process manually. Oh yeah, I use Endicia shipping through ecomdash which means that I have to find another way to print labels because endicia told me I cannot go direct through my endicia account because of the integration with ecomdash.1/4/2018Still not fully functional. Not properly syncing inventory. Now I am overselling on my sorefront and on Etsy. Ecomdash response was for me to contact Etsy and get my problem fixed. ENOUGH !!! On the hunt for better software.
