Great Customer Service! Worth Paying For! - Our blog is a huge part of our business, when we switch over to Big-Commerce from Word Press I was really disappointed with the Blog Functionality BC had to offer. Drop in Blog was a suggestion made by the Dev that was helping me with the migration and I'm so glad we tested it out! I have had some small formatting issues along the way but nothing page breaking, and every time I contact the DIB team they are super quick to fix any issues! I 100% recommend this blog if you want something that looks great, is easy to use, helps with SEO and doesn't have a heap of complicated unnecessary features!

Beats relying on the BC blog format! - So far so good with Drop in Blog. I am successfully setting it up for two websites. We had a couple of issues or questions and the answers were provided in moments. They were prepared and had the solution. If you have issues setting things up, just use the handy chat and it WILL be resolved.Plus, it is so easy to write and format you posts. Such an improvement over the boxed BC option. Blog does NOT work - After 2 days still can't get help.....blog does not work with BigCommerce. Very disappointed.

DropIn Blog Excellent App & Customer Service - The DropIn Blog app is great. Easy to install and set up, but somehow we still managed to mess something up and emailed them. They fixed it in a few minutes. Every email question I had was answered in minutes. Our blog now looks fantastic, very organized and consumer friendly. I highly recommend you use this app over the native BC blog. It even boosts your SEO with inline SEO suggestions and ratings. Add all the categories you want and organize your blog!

Easy To Use | Great Support - We've just recently implemented Drop In Blog to our website (www.troopster.com) and so far it's working well. We had an issue with the page format not loading, but after a quick chat with support they fixed it and helped us know what the problem was to keep the issue from being a recurrance. So far, it's been an easy experience and one I'd recommend for others looking for a blog widget.

Useful app with results - I've started using the app about 2 weeks ago. Set up is super easy, even if you get confused the support team is amazing and always helps fast. I love the SEO score function - you can optimize your blog posts "on the go" and it's easy. Took a little work to migrate posts from BC's native blog to DiB but I already see increased traffic through blog posts so looks like it's worth the effort. So far so good!
