Probably a waste of time - So installed the app today and followed the set up instructions which were well written to be honest. The payment option they offer is classfied as an offline payment option. After creating a merchant account at their website and installing their app which took me 15 minutes i made a test purchase. The payment option did show at the checkout and the order went through bigcommerce. THE ISSUE IS THAT THERE IS NO ONLINE FORM FOR THE BUYER TO PAY NOR ANY INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO COMPLETE PAYMENT. The buyer receives an invoice after check out stating that the payment is incomplete but with no instructions. I contacted their support and they answered within 30 minutes . However their response was very generic . It gives you the impression that they are completely unaware of their bigcommerce app . Furthermore their requirements for installing the app seem to be over the top since they request access to several sensitive areas of your store. Suspicious ?? It seemed a promisng app and a long waited solution for bigcommerce businesses who need to accept crypto but up to now it has been a sheer disapointment.

great service, hopefully it works - I am having some integration issues but the support team is very good so far. I will update soon with further news.
