Absolutely USELESS - Optimum 7 and their support team have been completely unhelpful. Their company and app should not be allowed on BigCommerce!

Doesn't work as expected - I downloaded the categories to an csv file. Made changes to the file and imported it. Categories were not updated with the information I entered.

Works, but too expensive - The app works fine. When having problems uploading my edited categories, I've reached out to them and received a call within 72 hrs. Unfortunately, Optimum7's rep told me they can only accept projects over $3000. I thought it was a bit much for help uploading a CSV. Finally got a hold of another vendor to edit categories through CSV for $25.00.

Usefull - I took care of the updates that I had to deal with all day in a very short time.Saved my day.

Wont even install - Getting an error at install. Reached out to the developer, and they wanted to offer no help at all. From the CEO : "This is a free app that is published on Bigcommerce and we do not provide support for free apps. Please kindly stop contacting us on this. "
