Worst app ever!! They don't care about small to mid businesses! - TL;DR: Don't use this company's apps anywhere (BigCommerce or Shopify)! Worst app develoepr ever!!! We have used the app for more than a year. We regret the journey so far and stuck with them because we have subscription users. They don't care about small to mid-sized businesses. It takes them a month to fix an issue that barely could take 2 days (worst case). They even broke two of our website's design. In short, they never care about the issues and will bring the worst out of you! In the beginning, we needed a solution that would allow us to sell subscriptions products. This app along with their Subscriptions app looked like a good option for the solution. We even moved ourselves from Shopify to BigCommerce for this reason since Shopify didn't support Subscriptions/Checkout at the time. The integration was not as straightforward as it is supposed to be. We asked for help from their support team and it took them lot of time to get back which we didn't have time for! We could made it work since we have in-house developers who could figure out! We made our release and we thought we would be fine.As time passed, we had multiple issues on the Checkout app itself. I will write regarding Subscriptions app on another review. Oh boy! That deserves another page. Let me give you an example of how horrible their service is and slow their development is. We had our site custom designed on BigCommerce based on our theme. One fine day, we find that our website's background and text has been inverted. Suddenly our website had texts which are yellowish in color. We dug around and checked if our developers did anything. We are very careful and thorough before we claim it is somebody else's mistakes. However, on digging we found out that they have overridden our pages with their own design. How did they do that? Little technical; but very simply an example of bad practices we are taught to avoid in a 101 CSS class. They used !important property for body, h1, h2, h3, p and so on tags which overrode our styles applied. We are well aware that people can make mistakes; but there is an extent to which you can tolerate mistakes. People can't afford to have their website look broken suddenly. You gotta place production-worthy developers. We raised the issue to the support and the support at first tried to turn the issue towards us saying that a website's design is not their concern! What? It's your concern if you are sending a CSS file and then breaking someone else's design. After a lot of explanations, they accepted the issue. At this point, we have faced enough issues to know that they don't care about their customers. So we placed a quick fix it by deleting their CSS file that we didn't need anyways! We found out that they did the same for another store too. However, it took them 2 weeks to get back with a fix. Trust me at this point apologies don't work! Let me give you another example. It took them a month to replace a link for a logo on the Checkout page. Like what? Apart from being terrible at support and fixing issues, their app is not user friendly. Do not use the app for your subscriptions definitely!

Awesome App - Great app for my BigCommerce store. Helped to me add subscriptions to my store and increased revenue immediately. Lots of bells and whistles and integration was simple. Support was excellent!

Does not work with product variants without skus. - I was not able to get this app working for my store. While the customer service team was amazing and went to great lengths to help me out-- it was not compatible. It does not work with product variants that don't have a sku. Our products are customizable and have upwards of 300 variants.
