Big glitch will cost you $ - This has a lot of good features. The interface is pretty easy to work with. The main issue we have with the app is that it does not flag an address that is missing a Suite #, Unit #, Apt # if there is text in the company name field of the shipping address. So, that means that when customers do not provide that part of the address, Address Validator doesn't do anything to alert. The carriers then do an address correction, and we get charged a steep fee each time. I've spoken with the app developer, and they have confirmed this is the case, but aren't willing to fix it at this point. They say they will consider putting it on their roadmap for future updates. So, if you don't mind emptying your pockets for address correction fees, then this app may be just what you need.

Fantastic Support and Product - App was super easy to install. Interface is very user friendly to set up. Had one technical issue and support was very responsive and their dev team had a solution hours after my request.

Great app, great support. - We needed an app to block P.O boxes and this does just that and more. Also when we had done an update with our checkout page and the app stop working support was great and we figured out the problem.

Easy setup and great support - This is exactly what we needed. Something to verify addresses after being autofilled by Google. I set it up in under an hour and the support has been top shelf. Give it a whirl!

Great Service - The app worked great until a Big Commerce update caused an issue. BUT the service as so timely and friendly that I have no complaint! Many apps take your money and leave you to work things out on your own. Not RoboTurk. I'm impressed!

Much Needed App - This is such an amazing app. It works beautifully and is very easy to customize. We spend a lot of money in address correction fees, which this will now help mitigate. It will also improve our customer service and customer experience. We use this in combo with google address autofill.

Great App - stand-alone or add-on to Google Address too - Great Customer service too.I actually solicited this app to come to Big Commerce due to their excellent reviews on other platforms and not being happy with other apps I tried with BC partners. They were already looking into it. I am so glad I did that and they let me know their app was ready to roll. I also use Google Address but that just gives suggestions based an addresses found in Google, it does not validate it for shippers. Many addresses in Google do not interpret to a valid shipping addresses. This app checks if an apartment/suite # should have been included, it gives the customer the option of accepting the the suggested address, keeping their original entry or editing the address. You can specify to accept or not accept PO addresses , to validate using the USPS database, you can use the default error message seen by the customer or create your own error message. You can even have it send you emails when customers over-ride etc so you know there may be an address issue AND if you want it can automatically send an email to the customer asking that they re-verify their address if the customer over-rides the suggestion. You can even change the background of the dialog boxes to match your theme better. Note: they have been very patient as I had customization done to my checkout via a developer and it required uninstalling their app multiple times to verify their app was not the issue (it never was their app - it was BC changes etc). Wilson stayed in touch and was always there to answer questions if needed. This is exactly what I had been looking and I am so glad they chose to create an app for Big Commerce.
