Easy Bulk Upload of Cards - Pravin walked me through uploading the cards and it was very fast and easy.

Best support team I have ever had - 99minds offers the best customer service support I have ever experienced. I went to their platform and started a chat with online agents. And within minutes I was connected with a tech support via live zoom meeting. The tech support guided me step by step via screen share and solved my issue within minutes. I can't believe the speed they offer live support and how easy the process is for me. Great products, excellent team. I will recommend this app to everyone.

Good App - Better Support - We wanted to use 99minds gift cards as a multi-channel card and we had several unique system integrations with retail, ecommerce and phone ordering. The card works immediately with our BigCommerce instance, however we requested several support calls and even a couple small changes to the app. The 99Minds team was always responsive and willing to discuss options for best path forward. In the end we are launching next week and with testing the gift card module will work better than expected. Big thank you to the 99Minds team.

Easy to Install and Great Support - We researched several different gift carding apps before choosing 99Minds, and the reason we decided to choose 99Minds was because of the amazing customer support we received. 99Minds not only integrates easily with our in store and online applications (Square, and Braintree through BigCommerce), but the support staff is incredibly quick to respond and reach. Whenever I have a question, their team never hesitates to get me on a Zoom call to answer my questions and offer real-time solutions.

Outstanding Customer Service and Easy-To-Use Platform! - We have been using them for many months and the platform is far superior to the native BigCommerce gift certificates, with fun and easily customizable cards. We are working on an integration with NCR counterpoint, and we hope to have it online soon for a sync of gift cards between our physical store and online store for the first time ever! Fabulous Customer Service - I totally recommend 99minds for anyone seeking a gift card solution with tons of features and ways to customize. It's a lifesaver compared to many other apps and companies we vetted before choosing. We also ran into an issue (caused by our own error with another part of our website) and customer service was fabulous! Super thorough, walked us through everything live, and solved the issue quickly. We were also informed a lot of new features are coming to the app and we are very excited. It can be stressful pulling together the right third-party apps, but 99minds makes it EASY!

Comprehensive Support - 99minds does exactly what we want it to, happily unifying Vend and BigCommerce gift card solutions and improving the BC gift card buying experience. GiftCard Square integration with Big Commerce - We have had a great experience with 99minds App helping us integrate our Giftcards from Square to BigCommerce so customers can use their giftcards online, as well as, in the store. Pravin has taken me through steps to better my website giftcard sales and given me new options to share with customers such as instant delivery or specific day delivery of giftcards for birthdays or holidays. The team worked on putting together specific needs for our business when uploading our giftcards in to Big Commerce. They are always available and help you problem shoot any issues with customers in real time. Thanks for the great partnership!

Just what I was looking for - I've been looking for a more customizable gift card option ever since I switched from Shopify to Big Commerce, and this app is exactly what I needed! With 4 brick and mortar locations I needed to be sure the gift cards seamlessly pushed to our Point of Sale so gift cards could be used online and in store and so far, so good. I easily designed custom gift cards in Canva and uploaded them in the 99 minds app in no time at all. I also like the promotions abilities that you can upgrade to in order to offer Gift card promos (ie: buy $50 of gift cards for $40, etc) and will definitely be using this in the holiday season.The developer walked me through all of the set up and was super helpful and communicative. I would 100% recommend to any Big Commerce users for better looking / customizable gift card options
