Love this app! - Quick and easy to install and I was able to schedule same day training. A follow up question the next day was answered quickly. Excellent support. Many gift card options to choose from along with features we will use that are not in Big Commerce. This app is a definite step up from the provided Big Commerce gift card function. Thanks 99 minds!

The Best Part of my BigCommerce Experience - Upon realizing the native BigCommerce gift certificate was very limited I found this 99Minds app. Within 24 hours of installing it I was provided a one-on-one training session with Durga and was walked through the many features the app offers. He was patient and knowledgeable and the app itself is very intuitive. I have yet to test it in the real world--I will write a follow-up review once I do--but my 'introduction' to this 99Minds product was an absolute breath of fresh air. There was a person to talk to, they care about satisfied customers (unlike BigCommerce paying lip service to it with the robo Cora at the end of each call) and their Gift Card app offers a lot of customization and flexibility, particularly at this price point.

Installing Gift Card - I was looking for an App to allow my customers to buy Gift cards for their loved ones and I am so thankful I found this app. Not only do they offer the options of Gift card but it also allows you to create a loyalty program for your customers. Because I was unsure how to make the app work, I set up a call for support and Pravin was amazing not only did he show me how the app works and what it can do but he helped me fix an issue on my website that should not have been there in the first place to make the Gift Card link work. He went above and beyond what the original call was for and helped me get set up. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

Good App, Great Support - Here at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY we have been using the 99minds app for webstore gift cards for a couple years now. The app itself is great, but when there has been a hiccup the support couldn't be better! Any issue has been fixed within hours, if not less. Good, knowledgeable team. We will be implementing on site physical gift cards with them in 2024.

Top notch support! - We found 99minds while we were looking to get away from the built in Gift Card system in BC. Which we all know is THE WORST... So we were pleasantly surprised to find 99minds with all of it's options and capabilities. When I get confused or mixed up about something I send an email, and I get support. Most times it happens immediately. But I do expect them to be asleep at some point... It's ok Pravin. You can take a nap every now and then. Anyway! Great app, fantastic support - 99minds is a great app, similar to Yotpo yet at a fraction of the cost. We integrated with 99minds so that we could issue gift cards as a refund method on returns, but we have begun to use this app in other capacities. More than just being a great app, the customer support is unmatched. Pravin and his team are fast to respond, eager to hear feedback, and go above and beyond the service I have come to expect from app partners. I cannot recommend 99minds enough.

Gift Cards - We were searching for a way to integrate gift cards sold both in our store using Square POS and on our Big Commerce eCommerce site. 99 Minds does the trick with easy setup. Within an hour of starting all of our physical gift card and digital gift cards were available on both our Square registers, an in our online store. No export/importing of files, it just did it. Everyone is very happy now that they can use physical gift cards purchased in our store on our website, and digital gift cards purchased online in our store. Check outstanding value, redeem with purchase either way. Accounting now has a direct view on outstanding Gift Card amounts, something they never had before. Not to leave out, they have wonderful support people. Any issues we have had were quickly explained and rectified. 100% happy with this integration. Now to start using 99 Minds for our Customer Loyalty program. With the ease of implementing Gift Cards, I am sure the loyalty will be a breeze. I would recommend this integration to anyone.

Great App & Incredible support - Fantastic app and incredible support from the team. Had an issue with a theme file on our site preventing the page from showing correctly on mobile and they worked out where the problem was and helped show me how to fix it. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service - Pravin and his team have been wonderful to work with. They have gone above and beyond with our store and have spent time with us to ensure 99Minds integrates with our BigCommerce store and with our point-of-sale. Our customers like having the ability to send gift cards as a gift. The option of selling both physical and digital gift cards is an added bonus. We hope to expand our partnership with 99Minds and start using their Loyalty Program, too!

A welcome solution - With multiple sales channels, we have needed a method of selling and managing gift cards that works across all of them for a long time. Until 99minds, we had assumed a small business like ours could not afford such a solution. We now offer our customers both physical gift and email vouchers which they can redeem either in our onsite shop via the Vend integration, on our website, or for tour bookings. The only thing we need now is for Checkfront, our tour booking system provider to allow API access so 99minds can automate redemptions via that system.99minds support has been excellent as we get to speak to real people who know what they are talking about..

Excellent Solution - With 99minds we can finally sell gift cards online and in-store and have them redeemed through either channel. It wasn't easy. We are on a legacy POS platform, Microsoft RMS, but Blue Chip Consulting was able to build an integration between that system and 99minds. The integration works beautifully. Jean at Blue Chip and Pravin at 99minds were amazing. Our customers are happy, and gift card sales are on the rise. Highly recommended.
