The Supplier Purchase Orders app helps you create and manage purchase orders that get sent to your suppliers. The app helps you track supplier information, and helps you assign products and variants to those suppliers, tracking supplier pricing, SKUs and minimum order quantities.

When purchase orders have been created, the app also helps track shipments, and helps create warehouse receiving orders to track the fulfillment of your purchase orders. If a purchase order has a BigCommerce location listed as its shipment address, receiving orders will also update inventory by the warehouse receiving order's quantities.

Make things even easier by creating and setting default tax settings, payment methods and payment terms for your purchase orders. Assign default settings to your suppliers, for faster purchase order creation.

At any time, the app lets you download a complete purchase order summary with all relevant information to your orders, so you can always know what inventory is incoming to your locations.
