BigCommerce lets you give customers store credit, but it won't tell you who changed a balance, when, or why, and it won't let you apply that credit to orders you create for customers in the admin. Store Credit Manager closes both gaps.

Every adjustment runs through a complete, append-only audit ledger that records the amount, the reason, the staff member, and the balance before and after, so you always know how a balance got where it is. When you build an order for a customer over the phone or in the back office, you can apply their store credit directly to it and watch the order total drop. The app even detects changes made directly in BigCommerce and logs them, so your history never has blind spots.
